This is ridiculously simple to do. all you have to do is slice the plantains, placed them on a baking sheet, sprinkle some salt on them and put in a preheated oven or slap on a grill and grill to desired 'doneness'.


Plantains are a good of source of vitamin B6 and potassium, but unfortunately not a great source of protein and fat, so they only represent a fraction of a healthy meal, which is why we recommend plantain as a snack or part of a meal, to give you a balanced diet and a full stomach.
